      Modern FAQ - Coworking Space
      What's included in membership?
      All members get high-speed WiFi, printing credits, coffee/tea, meeting room credits, locker storage, mail handling and access to community events.
      Can I work 24/7?
      Our space is accessible 24/7 for members with dedicated desks, workstations or private offices. Hot desk members have access during business hours (8am-6pm weekdays).
      Is there parking available?
      There is no private parking on site, but the street has free parking without the need to pay a parking meter.
      How do meeting rooms work?
      Book through our website with credits included in your plan. Rooms feature a projector with smart system.
      What's your cancellation policy?
      Desks cancel anytime. Private spaces require 30-day notice. We don't believe in locking you into long contracts.
      Are there private call booths?
      Yes, we have a private phone booths equipped with power outlets and a desk for private video calls.
      Can I host workshops or events?
      Yes! Our spaces are perfect for hosting workshops, meetings, or creative sessions, giving you professional facilities and support.
      How do day passes work?
      Purchase online or at reception. Includes WiFi, coffee, and access to common areas. Perfect for trying the space.
